Screening buckets are not only a cost-effective and low-maintenance alternative to traditional screening methods, but they also offer incredible versatility. Gyru-Star screening buckets allow you to combine multiple processes including screen, load, mix, or backfill, into a single operation. Reducing downtime, minimises machine movements, and keeps your project on track—while also cutting costs on fuel, maintenance, and additional equipment hire. They achieve this through their rotating “poly stars” technology that allow finer materials to pass through while larger materials are retained.

Multi-Layer Monocoque Shell – Adds strength and durability while also reducing weight thanks to being reinforced with HB400 wear-resistant plate in high-wear areas.
Stainless Steel Non-Stick Floor – Allows for fast and efficient screening of wet materials by preventing build-up and ensuring a consistent flow of material into the rotors.
Carbon Belt Drives – Self-tensioning and free from lubrication, the carbon belt drives require almost zero maintenance.
Flexible Polyurethane Stars – Their poly-stars are made from a proprietary polyurethane formula exclusive to Gyru-Star products. Allowing them to flex under load without compromising durability, which is key to their non-destructive screening capability.
No Contamination – The sealed driveline cavities, lubrication-free driveline, and sealed bearings eliminate the risk of hydrocarbon contamination. This is ideal for environmentally sensitive sites, food products, and projects with strict environmental controls.
Offering an extensive range of 31 screening buckets across six series, as well as our modular Poly-Deck system. Each of the 31 models is optimised for a specific carrier weight range, allowing you to get the maximum screening performance from any carrier.
