Winter pack up preparation after combine has been cleaned.
- Blow off any debris from sensitive areas if still dirty after the end of season blow off
- Remove/open doors and coverings for air flow
- Clean debris from moisture meter and clean Lense
- Clean debris from flow sensors and clean lenses
- Clean out augers
- Drain water from fuel system
- Inspect battery condition and levels
- Check coolant level and concentration
- Grease round all bearings
- Run up for 20 minutes to run grease around bearings

An annual ‘Thorough Examination’ (formerly known as LOLER) check is required of all loaders, handlers and lifters. C&O have ‘Thorough Examination’ certified engineers ready to check your machinery.

We have engineers across C&O who are NSTS qualified examiners and able to undertake this important annual inspection on all makes and model of sprayers. NSTS certification ensures that sprayers satisfy grower and supermarket protocols and the Sustainable Use Directive.
