C&O are delighted to introduce our new Aftersales Managers for all our depots. The new positions were created following a restructuring process earlier in the year designed to reinforce the importance of the aftersales, which incorporates the parts and service teams, within the company.
At Wilton existing team member Karen Tryhorn was promoted into the new Aftersales Manager position. Karen has been with the company for 21 years and is well known to customers, Karen said ”I’m looking forward to building on existing relationships and improving the aftersales service we give all our customers”.
George Watts has joined the Isle of Wight team bringing with him years of experience in agricultural and horticultural engineering. Over the years George has supported a range of different brands and machinery including combines and balers. “I want to give our customers peace of mind that their machinery is being looked after and confidence that we are fixing it right first time” said George.
Mark Brown started as Aftersales Manager at Funtington in August, returning to the company after working for C&O as Service Manager from 2003-2006. Mark has lots of experience in agriculture and more recently the water drilling industry. Happy to be back in the agricultural industry Mark said “I’m looking to deliver a high standard of support to our customers, including our broadening our Massy Ferguson and Isuzu customer base.”
The Blandford Aftersales Manager is Andy Ridgwell. Andy comes to C&O from the construction sector bringing both aftersales and sales experience. “I want to give C&O customers great aftersales service, part of that is working to build on the skills of the team here at Blandford to ensure that our team is performing at their best.”
