What is EASI?
Established in 2002, the European All-Terrain Vehicle Safety Institute® (EASI), implement a national programme based around ATV safety education, training, and awareness. They are a not-for-profit organisation sponsored by leading manufacturers, including Honda. EASI delivers expertly designed training courses for ATV and operators.
How to Redeem Your Free Training
Purchasing a Honda ATV or C&O automatically qualifies you for this fantastic offer. After your purchase, EASI will contact you to arrange your training session with one of their 42 UK-based instructors. Training will take place at your closest location, but in certain circumstances instructors may conduct training on your own site (conditions apply).
The Choice of 2 Courses:
ATV Rider Course (est. 4.5 hours)
A practical and interactive course that includes:
– Essential Techniques: Master shifting gears, braking, and turning with precision.
– Advanced Skills: Navigate sharp turns, execute quick stops, and riding over obstacles.
– Pre-Ride Preparation: Conduct thorough inspections using the T-CLOC method and receive guidance on proper protective clothing and equipment.
UTV Driver Course (est. 5.5 hours)
A practical and interactive course that includes:
– Vehicle Familiarisation: Understand the key controls and features of your UTV.
– Driving Techniques: Practice low-speed steering, backing, and turning.
– Advanced Manoeuvres: Perform forward and reverse serpentine driving, quick stops, and evasive manoeuvres.
Both courses conclude with a Driving Assessment and Wrap-Up, where instructors review your progress, provide feedback, and highlight areas for further practice to enhance your skills and safety.
