Combine Harvester Event Review

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Combine Harvester Operator Refresher Training and the New Holland Combine Presentation evening. The two events, held back to back at the Drax Estate in Dorset, showcased the New Holland combine offering with the display of two rotary combines; models CR8.90 and CR9.90 and two straw walker combines; models CX8.70 and CX5090.

New Holland combine experts Andy Symes and Trevor Wyatt led the training which involved a detailed overview of preparing for harvest, tips, walk through and crop data guides.

C&O Sales Director Dick Spencer said “I was pleased to see so many New Holland combine customers supporting us at this event and it was a clear demonstration to me of how much we have to offer customers in our area of responsibility. The full involvement of our parts and service staff was a critical part of this activity and helped to assure our customers of the level of support they can expect from C&O at all of our depots.”

With positive feedback from those who attended we have already decided to hold a similar event next year and develop the concept for a New Holland combine owners’ club. We are looking forward to the forthcoming harvest where we will demonstrate a new CR8.90 combine complete with a 30′ Varifeed header and suspended tracks – all part of our strategy to grow our customer base and attract customers with other brands of combine.”
